In the first quarter of 2023, the top 5 Tools apps on the Android platform in the United Kingdom saw varied performance trends in downloads and active users. Below is a detailed overview of each app's performance based on data from Sensor Tower.

QR & Barcode Scanner by Gamma Play had a notable fluctuation in weekly downloads, starting from around 58K in late December 2022 and dropping to approximately 27.6K by the end of March 2023. Active users, however, displayed a more stable trend, starting at 417K and slightly increasing to 423K by the end of the quarter.

Samsung Smart Switch Mobile from Samsung Electronics experienced a significant drop in weekly downloads from 68.8K in late December to about 21K by the end of March. The app's active user base mirrored this decline, starting from 111K and decreasing to around 74.5K.
